If you are returning the item without
any defects you will becharged a 20% restocking fee.
All items being returned must have a special return number in order to be accepted by the warehouse.
You can obtain the info needed for the return by calling, e-mailing or texting us. Items without the return number
will not be accepted at the warehouse or our business address in Parker and will be returned.
Here are the ways you can get a hold of us for the return
and what information you need to give us:
We need your name the best method to reach you if we have questions, the product name, SKU or product number,
why the item is being returned and which method you would like to receive the RMA info, e-mail, phone message or text.

You will receive a return phone, e-mail or text message, with the return information.
Along with the returned product you need to provide
a note with it stating why it is defective so we can determine the appropriate course to take.
If the item is found NOT to be defective you will have
the option of having a house credit or we can reship the product back to you.
CAMERA WARRANTY: We guarantee all CAMERAS to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90
days, unless manufacturer's warranty is longer.
We do not pay for the shipping of returned items.
