The following is some of the policies in regards to various issues like shipping and handling fees, returns and etc.  If you do not find information on any specific topic on this page or the rest of the site please feel free to contact us and we will get your answer as quickly as we can.

Shipping and Handling

We ship both UPS and USPS


 We use the published UPS or USPS rates.  The rates can be obtained by clicking on the appropriate link; USPS RATES -  UPS RATES.  The city and zip your order will be coming from is Jacksonville 32216.   


How long will it take for my package to be delivered?


When your payment is approved we will send the order to the warehouse, usually the same day unless paid by another method than credit card, or if the order is not received until late in the day.  If it is received late in the day it will be shipped the following business day.  Items with other means of payment will be shipped when the payment has cleared.


UPS orders will arrive when they are shipped from the warehouse as you request.


The following map shows the approximate delivery time by USPS to your location from our warehouse.


Non Sufficient Funds (NSF)

All returned payments or cancelling of payment with items being shipped and accepted will have a $50 fee placed on the order and we will pursuit the payment legally, if necessary.   


If you are returning the item without any defects you will becharged a 20% restocking fee. 


All items being returned must have a special return number in order to be accepted by the warehouse.  You can obtain the info needed for the return by calling, e-mailing or texting us.   Items without the return number will not be accepted at the warehouse or our business address in Parker and will be returned. 


Here are the ways you can get a hold of us for the return and what information you need to give us:


We need your name the best method to reach you if we have questions, the product name, SKU or product number, why the item is being returned and which method you would like to receive the RMA info, e-mail, phone message or text.

You will receive a return phone, e-mail or text message, with the return information.


Along with the returned product you need to provide a note with it stating why it is defective so we can determine the appropriate course to take. 


If the item is found NOT to be defective you will have the option of having a house credit or we can reship the product back to you.


CAMERA WARRANTY: We guarantee all CAMERAS to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days, unless manufacturer's warranty is longer.


We do not pay for the shipping of returned items.
