We recently rented a property from a person, I will not tell you exactly what I
think of him knowing he may not be a person at all with the ill way he treated us, and had the chance to manage some properties.
I found it is a very enjoyable experience. I was able to help the tenants with issues and insure things operated smoothly
for the owner. Unfortunately the person we dealt with had no idea how to manage or even deal with people. We tried
to educate him on the proper way he should do things but he only made things more difficult. With the proper management
skill set, it is not too hard. One thing I will expect is to have clean, manageable properties and tenants with no baggage.
An example is: the past owner we dealt with had some Townhouses with Black Mold, Outdated windows, outdated appliances
and horrible carpet. He would not allow us to get things fixed or repaired in a timely manner. He would not pay
us timely and after telling us to bill him for our services, he refused to pay. We are still trying to recover over
